Raw Material

  • Total one lacs MT sugar cane avaialble in the Manyar River Dam area.
    Out of one lacs MT sugar cane we can easily available 50000 MT sugarcane.

  • 86032 and 10001 Breed of Sugarcane is available, This type of breed is best for Jaggery manufacturing.

  • Manyad Reseervoir (Dam) Availble for water source so water available for throught year.

  • Harvesting period of sugarcane is Octomber to May.

Manufacturing process

  • Extraction of Juice:

    -

    Generally, three roller mills are used for juice extraction.We are using double three roller mill .After extraction of juice, suspended matters are removed by cotton cloth or fine mesh screen.

  • Clarification of juice:

    -

    Removed impuritiestotally in this clarification process.

    -

    In the clarification process generally used two types of clarificants are used
    1) Organic Clarificants
    2)Inorganic Clarificants

    -

    In organic clarificants are from vegetable origin like Bendi powder. Inorganic clarificants are used like Lime, Hydrous Power, and super phosphate.We Aniket Agrotech are used Organic clarificant method only.

    -

    The screen juice is taken in an open pan and firing starts slowly so that impurities comes at the top surface of the juice known as scum and it is removed continuously by using chain conveyor.This is automation process no need of labour. In this process temperature requirement is 70oC to 80oC.

  • Concentration of juice:

    -

    After clarification is completed by continuous boiling, the temperature of the boiling mass is around 110 to 120oC Boiling takes place about 2 hours. The stage at which semifluid material is formed then it is transferred to rectangular boxes or Bucket shape boxes or powder as per requirement.

This type of problem found in rainy seson most of the time thats why we store jaggery in cold storage on rent basis so that we can supply Jaggery whole year to our customer.

Shelf life of the product is 12 month from the date of manufacturing.
